Well it has not been easy but I have managed to get back on the damn wagon. Someone should put up a barrier all the way around it so I can’t fall off don’t you think?:) The BGB progress is coming along nicely. Back workouts have been good and I can see some changes in my upper back for sure. I am still training to do my 5k run, it’s just around the corner. But I have managed to already achieve my goal of 8 min. miles so I am happy about that. I may change the goal to 7 min. miles. Good luck to all of you who have hung in the LMS challenge. Great work!

Well people, it seems like the ability to eat clean for an extended period of time is just not in my make-up. I made it for about two weeks on Jules diet and then it all came to an end. I fell off the wagon and then got a concussion when I hit the ground, LOL.. Those damn carbs got me right in the belly and I couldn’t fight them off. (Jules you should’ve stayed in town So with all that being said, I am officially off of the Last Man Standing challenge but I will continue the BGB and hopefully will do ok. I have since gotten back on my clean diet so that’s good news but it sucks to be a loser :0( Good luck to all of you still standing, I am certainly cheering you on. Sorry no progress picks until I get all of the crappy food back out of my system.

Well I can happily say that I have done really well this week. I have been following Jules meal plan along with her which makes the clean eating much easier than if I had to do it alone. The workouts have been good, and I only missed my 5k training one day. But my running coach says that it was my body telling me to take a break and that it happens to everyone. I was a little disappointed in myself but with all of the encouragement from you guys here on BB.com I kept moving forward. I am hoping to post a progress pic sometime this week. Gotta get my photographer to take some pics of the back. I hope everyone is doing well in their challenge goals and I will be stopping by to see how all of you are doing. Keep up the great work ladies and gentlemen. We are awesome.

Ok, I’m new to this so be easy on me. I have joined in on Jules’ Baby’s Got Back challenge and am doing the clean eating challenge as well. I am currently on day 2 and looking forward to some serious workouts to accomplish the goals. I would love to get more definition in my back and lean out the legs a bit. I will try to update regularly with photos but i’m not much into taking pictures, UGH!! As you can see by my bodyspace page, me and the camera don’t get along much..LOL

I am also currently training to do my first 5k run at the end of September so wish me luck on that. Never expected to have to run so far everyday..

Good luck to all of us in the challenge!
