Ok back on track.
Well it has not been easy but I have managed to get back on the damn wagon. Someone should put up a barrier all the way around it so I can’t fall off don’t you think?:) The BGB progress is coming along nicely. Back workouts have been good and I can see some changes in my upper back for sure. I am still training to do my 5k run, it’s just around the corner. But I have managed to already achieve my goal of 8 min. miles so I am happy about that. I may change the goal to 7 min. miles. Good luck to all of you who have hung in the LMS challenge. Way to make progress on the running goals! 8 minute mile is very respectable!!! I’m excited to hear the results of your race, but even more excited that you have made a goal and are sticking to it! Great for you!!!

Well thank you sweetie. I actually have upped the goal to 7 min miles and hope to reach it before my race. Unfortunately I also have go change my BGB challenge due to a shoulder injury. No upper body workouts for a while so I will make it a new booty challenge instead:)

YAY for getting back on the wagon! That can be really hard! And 8 min/miles?! You’ve certainly gained speed quickly! How is your mileage? Do you feel more prepared now?
