ANOTHER WEEK DONE!!!
Well I can happily say that I have done really well this week. I have been following Jules meal plan along with her which makes the clean eating much easier than if I had to do it alone. The workouts have been good, and I only missed my 5k training one day. But my running coach says that it was my body telling me to take a break and that it happens to everyone. I was a little disappointed in myself but with all of the encouragement from you guys here on BB.com I kept moving forward. I am hoping to post a progress pic sometime this week. Gotta get my photographer to take some pics of the back. I hope everyone is doing well in their challenge goals and I will be stopping by to see how all of you are doing. Keep up the great work ladies and gentlemen. We are awesome.
