Upstairs…Downstairs….and shopping.
I did not do a video yesterday, but I did get in some cardio! I just wasn’t in the mood for a video, so I decided to run up and down the stairs in the apartment. I went up and down the stairs for a 16 minutes, and I’m feeling it in my quads today. I even worked up a little sweat. I did some ab work and stretched my inner thighs.
I’m feeling good. I have to work on getting in all of my water. Weight is 150.6/2 so that means I need I have to have 75 ounces of water a day. I have 65 ounces to go!! I also bought some vegetables, and cut them up so I could have them for my lunch today. I love fresh cut vegetables and fruit, especially finger food. It’s so much easier to get my vegetables in that way. I will have to go grocery shopping sometime this weekend. I promised myself no matter how expensive the whole wheat bread is, I will buy at least one loaf. I am so tired of this white bread! It just doesn’t feel me up and I love my whole grains. Also, this weekend there will be at least one trip to the gym.

Remember..the whiter the bread, the quicker you’re dead. Nice job on the stairs, thats a great leg, cardio workout.
