What happened to your knee?
I’m not sure what you can do with an injury - lifting wise .. but maybe walking would be okay, or swimming … or walking in the swimming pool if your knees are really injured.
Hope you get better soon.

I know exactly what you are going through with your knee pain, it is horrible. I had knee surgery in 2003. Even after my surgery, I still had knee pains. There were a few things here and there that helped, but the biggest factor was losing weight. Did you know:
If you lose 10 pounds, and you’ll reduce those forces (on the knee) by 80 pounds,
!!!!
If you are in pain, it is hard to work out and you shouldnt. But thats the great thing, you can focus MORE on the nutrition side of things. When it comes to losing weight/gaining muscle, it is 80% nutrition, 15% training and 5% supplements. I wrote this years back and i think it will really help you out:

Good luck on accomplishing your goals! I look forward to highlighting you as a transformation of the week very soon!
