Trying Gaspari Stack tomorrow

So I was in The Vitamin Shoppe today and they had a 14 day Lean Mass Bodybuilding Stack by Gaspari….I am friggen determined to put on some muscle…. Just seems so hard for me…. I’ve been thinking all weekend how I can change things up… Seems like I eat the same thing day to day and I’m not sure what body part split training is the best… I’ve tried so many… So…..In this kits theres a training and nutrition plan that Im gonna follow… The kit also included Super Pump 250, Size on, Plasma Jet and Novedex XT (which I know not to take the Novedex XT) if I’m wrong please chime in :)   I’ve been wanting the try the Plasma Jet anyway…

Im excited to see what progress I make in the upcoming year…. My goal is to do my 1st figure comp in the near future!  But before that happens I need to see alot of changes!  I’m determined and focused and I stay pretty motivated!  On top of that I work my butt off at the gym :)  

I will let everyone know my progress with this :)

Hi all!  Just wanted to share my favorite post workout meal… I’m always looking for new ideas beside a normal shake and carb….  Post workout potatoe salad

2 cooked red potatoes (around 9oz total ) cooked and diced, 2-3 boiled egg whites diced, 1big tbsp 0 plain greek yogurt, pepper….. sometimes I add a little no sugar pickle relish ….. Put in fridge………. 

This is soooo good !  You can make however you like, this is just how I do it… I’m on a higher carb diet now :)  

 

 

Destroy my shoulders

That was my plan 2day…. Destroy my shoulders! And thats exactly what I did.  Felt awesome!!!   I’m determined to have some killer shoulders.  I finished up with a couple burnout sets of lying db full circles.  I saw some guy doing them, so thought I’de give it a shot.  He said he always finished his shoulders with these, and he can back it up cause his look awesome….  Lay on flat bench on back, hold 2 dbs palms up on top of thighs, bring them all the way around sides making a full circle to top of head.  I only used 7 1/2’s and after about 15-20 my shoulders were screaming for mercy :)   It just felt like it hit them in a completly different way…. Finished up with some bi’s stuff, but for some reason I was weak, guess cause all the shoulder stuff I did I was just pooped!

I had a great back work out today!  Really trying to build my lats….. I had a PB, I did a final set of one arm DB rows using 55’s….  I know thats not much to alot of you but I was proud :)   I got zero cardio in today:(   I did go get fitted for a new pair of running shoes, I really want to try and start running slowly.   I can only run 2 or 3 minutes now and feel like I’m gonna have a heart attack…   My cardio stinks…. Gotsta work on that :)   

Having a protein shake and off to bed….. night all !!! 

  

Week 2 and loving it!

Yep week 2 of Layne Nortons training :)   I am so motivated and excited!  Today was leg day which is my least favorite part…  I could do arms/shoulders all day long but legs uggg  So today I added in a bunch of walking lunges with 20lb dbs… I did some of these last week any could really feel it the next day… so i figured I NEED to do these like em or not :)    Another thing Im finding interesting is I’ve upped my carb intake quite a bit and cut back on my cardio alot and Ive NOT gained a oz !  gotta love that :)

Does anyone know what body points are?  I noticed I have several but not sure what they are ???

Layne Norton Training (str8flexed)

Im so excited I started training with Layne Norton on Monday…  5 days down and I feel awesome!  I feel confident that I will get the results I’m looking for with him.  I’ve done other online training before, they were all so so… I just felt like they were the same ole beginner program sent to everyone.  I dont want a beginner program!  I’ve heard nothing but great things about Layne so I contacted him.   I am so impressed with his knowledge.  He asked me alot of questions and spent a few days making "ME" a plan.  Im giving it 110% and then some!   I will take some pics 2morrow and post !!!

Wow I had such a great back workout today… I did rack chins for the 1st time and I must say it felt awesome!  Actually I am already starting to get sore from it :)   The soreness is sooner than normal so "rack chins" must have done their job LOL  Will add those in again forsure.  I’m trying to build muscle so with that comes the added fat :(  I love how my arms are looking but don’t like the "extra" around my middle LOL  But it will all be worth it in the end !!!  I’ve learned so much from this website ……… Thanks everyone :)
