CHANGE IN YOUR BODY CAN YOU FEEL IT AND SEE IT

I have been body buildig for a while now. for the past 8 months i have seen and felt more growth and change than i have in the previous years. for the first time i wore a racer-t tank top and showed a little bit. for a couple of reasons. but the thing was people were looking at me funny wondering how much i weigh and how i get those cuts and delopment from the short time i spend in the gym.

i can honestly say it comes from the intesity of my work outs and the differernt tpes i switch to to shock my muscles into response and growth.i am starting to believe also m muscle maturity rate is starting to pick up as well ( just as ronnie coleman said the older he got the better his muscles responded and looked ) 

but no matter i like the change even though it is extra weight and i feel a little heavy when i run or a little shorter on breath due to i am not use to the extra weight i like it.

SIZE OVER WEIGHT

I USE TO ALWAYS THINK IF I WEIGHED MORE I WOULD BE BIGGER, BUT LATELY OVER THE PAST 3 YRS I HAVE FOUND OUT DIFFERENT.

I DID A SHOW IN 2007 I DIETED DOWN FROM 166LBS. WHICH I THOUGHT WAS PRETTY GOOD BUT I DID NOT LOK DIFFERENT THAN WHAT I DID IN 2006. BUT HTIS YEAR I WEIGH 162-164LBS AND IT IS A DIFFERENT LOOK AND FEEL IT IS MORE MUSCLE THAN ACTUAL WEIGHT ITIS THE SIZE THAT I WANTED TO HAVE IF I GAINED WEIGHT. AND I LOOK BIGGER NOW AT THIS WEIGHT THAN I DID AT 166 IN 2007.

SO JUST ADDING WEIGHT IS ALWAYS NOT A GOOD THING IF YOU ARE TRYING TO GET SIZE.

I THINK MOST OF IT WAS DO TO MY EATING HABBITS AND WORKOUT STRATAGIES. AS WE SAY IN THE GYM GET BUSY

How Dedicated Are You To Going To The Gym ?

you have been at work all day tired of the mental stress and just wanna go home and eat ,relax, and sleep. you don’t want to do nothing else in the day no more lifting ,pushing ,or any other physical activities , but with all this going on you still are thinking about going to the gym weather to do cardio or pound out some iron.so know you ask your self why am i wanting to go.?

what drives you to make your self go to the gym?is it your goals of loosing weight, fitting into some clothes you bought you can’t fit into , or one day you one to compete in a show. know matterwhat the reason is we have that little shovel that diggs down deep in us to find that glden moment of dedication to one’s self to go to the gym.

as for me i had  a cold (24hr flu) i missed my first day of the week training but made up for it the next day. i do believe in this that i build and make improvements on the body one fiber at a time so a  day i miss is a day a fiber did not get improved.

WAS I THE ONLY ONE TO GET THEIR CAR TOWED @ THE ARNOLD

I’ M JUST SAYING I PARKED AT PARKING LOT NO FURTHER THAN ABLOCK FROM THE CONVENTION CENTER AT THE SMITH BROTHERS CO. AND IT SAID ON THE SIGNS VISITOR PARKING FOR 4 HOURS AFTER THAT VEHICLE CAN BE TOWED. I WASN’T EVEN IN THE ARNOLD 4 HOURS AND MY CAR WAS GONE. SO I KNOW NEXT YEAR NOT TO PARK THERE CAUSE THE EMPLOYES AT THIS BUISNES WILL CALL FOR A TOW TRUCK TO TOW YOUR VEHICLE.  (SHAMROCK TOWING).

AS I WAS GOING TO GET MY CAR I SAW SOME PEOPLE I THINK WIHT THE SAME LOOK ON THEIR FACE AS I HAD ON MINE.

IF THEY DO NOT WANTPEOPLE TO PARK THERE THEY NEED TO PUT A GATE UP OR A SIGN THAT SAYS FOR BUISNESS PARKING ONLY. OTHER PLACES WERE LETTING PEOPLE PARK IN THERE AREAS WHY DID THEY HAVE TO ACT LIKE THAT.

OTHER THATN THAT I  HAD A SGREAT TIME AT THE ARNOLD.

I have been to the arnold 2 years in a row and i always see the same thing. GUYS THAT WORK OUT IN THE GYM GET ALL PUMPED AND WALK AROUND IN THE EXPO WITH THERE SHIRT OFF OR A SHIRT TOO SMALL. In there mind they are thinking they are swole and large as life until that one of two crippling moment for the ego  happens.

1.  You walk past a pro body builder with his shirt off and you feel be littled.

2.  you walk past a woman who’s arms are bigger than yours.

                      
       and  for the ladies

don’t be wearing those small t shirts witha pudge in the front thinking you are looking in shape. cause there will be pro models and pro figure women there as well.

EVER BEEN IN THE GYM AND BEEN LIFTING SOME SERIOUS HEAVY WEIGHT AND PEOPLE

WERE LOOKING AT YOU LIKE YOU WERE A FREAK.WELL IT HAPPENS. SOME PEOLPLE ARE STRONGER IN SOME AREAS THAN OTHERS,AND SOME PEOPLE HAVE GREAT TECHNIQUE AND FORM.

                   I AM 5′6- 5′7 AT 156LBS

IT HAPPENED TO ME THE OTHER DAY AS I DEAD LIFTED 515LBS FROM THE FLOOR FOR 8 REPS. I HAD PEOPLE STARRING AND AND ASKING WHAT DO I TAKE OR WHAT DO I EAT , BUT MAINLY WHAT I TAKE ( OR REALLY WHAT AM I ON).

AFTER I TOLD THEM I TAKE IN A LOT OF PROTEIN AND LOTS OF MEATS TO FEED MY MUSCLES ,AND THAT MY BACK IS EXTREMELY STRONG,AND THAT I HAD SOME TRAINING FOR COMPETITION FOFR THE DEAD LIFT.

BUT HERE IS WHAT I TELL PEOPLE NOW.   WHEN THEY ASK YOU WHAT YOU TAKE. YOU SAY

   " I TAKE THAT WEIGHT AND PUT IT WHERE IT NEEDS TO BE."

BULKING UP THE MISCONCEPTION

IN THE OFF SEASON I WEIGH AROUND 159LBS-166LBS. AND I DIET DOWN TO 133 LAST YEAR. NOW I AM BULKING BACK UP.

NOW IF I EAT EVERYTHING ALL THE TIME AND LETS SAY I WEIGH IN AT AT THE END OF THE YEAR AT 175-180LBS.

AND THEN LETS SAY I ATE EVERYTHING I WANTED AND THE RIGHT NUTRIENTS I NEEDTO GROW MUSCLE WISE,AND I WEIGH IN AT THE END OF THE YEAR AND I AM 165 AT THE END OF THE YEAR

NOW WHICH WQS THE BETTER GAIN? MOST WOULD SAY THE 180 LBS. WELL THATS WRONG. BECAUSE ONCE YOU DIET DOWN YOU ARE THE SAME SIZE YOU WERE THE YEAR BEFORE BACAUSE YOU PUT MOR FAT MASS ON YOUR BODY THAN MUSCLE.

THE BEST WAY TO BULK IS TO INCREASE MUSCLE VALUE.IT MIGHT NOT LOOK LIKE MUCH ON THE SCALE BUT LEAN MUSCLE IS BIGGER THAN FAT .AND IT WILL LOOK LIKE YOU WEIGH 180.

SO IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT BULKING UP DO IT THE RIGHT WAY AND INCREASE MUSCLE MASS

HARD WORK

Hard Work thats all it takes while you are training.yea  i know you getting ready for a show (pre-contest) so you are doing this and doing extra that trying to get ready and lok your best. but think about this if you put as much effort into off season training as pre contest it would be easier for you but all and all it is hard work.

my work outs don’t change too much from off season to pre-contest.i lift hard i even do a little cardio to help with heart rate for fat burning.

i have seen some people slack off in off season and then try to pick it up when they decide to do a show, but by then it is to late cause you did not train hard enough or intense enough to get the muscle response you needed for growth and getting new cuts.

so i leave you with this work hard all year around and in the end it will be easier for you during pre-contest. spare no sweat,pain,time,and you heart.
