Does anybody know how I can find out about any fitness shows or bodybuilding competitions going on in my area.. ive tried looking and can’t seem to find anything…Any ideas?

Have you tried contacting the local gyms? They usually are the first to know about events like this. Failing that, call some of the national federations. I’m sure they’ll be happy to let you know what’s going on in your area.
