Does anybody know how I can find out about any fitness shows or bodybuilding competitions going on in my area.. ive tried looking and can’t seem to find anything…Any ideas?

So.. Over the last month.. with finals and all the drama of life.. i haven’t been in the gym a whole lot.. haven’t been eating well… and thats all the bad news.. The good news is I havent gained any weight… It truly feels like I am starting over. So i am refocusing and hopefully I can find my inner self and get fully motivated and get off those pesty 60 extra pounds i need off!!! rar!!

So in 4 short weeks.. I have managed to squat 220pds.. holy crap I never knew i would be able to get so strong so quick… I started off doing about 130.. and now im busting it out! yayyy!! So excited can wait for more improvements!

Ok so im getting on the scale.. and my weight is fluctuating up and down with a range of 8-10 pounds.. Like seriously? Im busting my asss and I can’t even get an accurate weight.. Is this normal? GRRRRR!!!

Soo i started weeks three and four of my workout with SteveP.. went well.. Upped the last set of each workouts reps to 25.. Which was pretttyyy hard.. Trying to follow my meal plan to a T… well see how it goes lol.. Ill let you guys know how im doing in a couple days..;)

So ive been on my workout regimen for about two weeks now and im getting ready to start some new stuff.. Im feeling great very strong and powerful.. the first couple workouts were bad.. could barely move after word.. but now im feeling great, still get sore but thats a plus! im losing lots of inches and quite a few pounds.. so well see how these next few weeks go!

So today i didn’t do a whole lot of working out because im in the process of moving and thats a workout in itself. I start my workout program that Stevep78 made for me tomorrow and im super excited.. I weighed in today and saw a tremendous number which im super psyched about!! Ive been eating very very clean for about a month now and i feel so great! I feel leaner..no bloat no yuckiness.. Ill bodyblog after my workout and let ya know how it went!!

So.. Ive been working my buns of literally over the last month.. I hate lunges.. i hate them so bad that if I could I would kill them. But I do them… alot of them because i know its the best way to strengthen my behind and sculpt my legs.. and I really do see and feel I difference.. I love my buns.. I noticed the other day when i was leaning over my bed.. that i could actually feel the muscles in my rump.. I can’t tell you how long its been since I could do that.. Just need to keep up the hard work and keep ripping out those lunges and squats..
