12 Week Program
About 2 weeks ago I started my own 12 week program. Mainly going to be lifting dumbbells right now. Later will corporate some sort of cardio into the mix. Probably going to get back to running with it. If anyone has any suggestions on dumb bell exercises I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

you can do a lot with dumbells. need a bench too.
