| Well I am about to start another month. Going to try and get at least 100 miles in March, which should be fairly easy, its only an average of about 3.3 miles a day. I will keep everyone posted. I have not been working on the weights like I should because my weight lifting partner pulled a back muscle. I am going to see how leaning down while muscling up works for me. Talk to everyone soon. |
