| Well I am about to start another month. Going to try and get at least 100 miles in March, which should be fairly easy, its only an average of about 3.3 miles a day. I will keep everyone posted. I have not been working on the weights like I should because my weight lifting partner pulled a back muscle. I am going to see how leaning down while muscling up works for me. Talk to everyone soon. |

| Well, I ran in the first annual Ashley St. Romain Memorial 5k. Along with everyday running this brings my ytd mileage to about 75 miles. This has helped me drop some bodyfat. With my weight training building the muscle and the cardio burning the fat I am getting there. |
