Just started running 2 miles a day with a friend of mine. Took off today but ran four the other day so it averages out. Never thought running EVERYDAY would be so tough even if it is 2 miles.

Well just finished the 2008 Toad Suck Daze 5k. They also have a 10k but I chose to run the 5k. I had a 9.15/mile pace. That is not too bad. The race was on May 3,2008. For those of you wondering what the heck is Toad Suck, it is an annual festival in the city of Conway, Arkansas. I have been going to it with my family for the last 8 years and been running in the race for the past 3 years. The first year I ran in the 5k, last year I ran in the 10k. I love running and need to get back into weight training bad. I just had a run today of about 6.7 miles. Well talk to everyone later!!

The only thing I hate about having 3 days off straight is the fact I stray from diet and exercise for those 3 days. I am trying to gain more discipline so I will not do that. If anyone has any advice here is my schedule. For the most part that is also a problem because being a police officer that works nights its crazy. I work Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. My hours for all 4 nights is from 5 pm until 3 am. I am off on Saturday, Sunday, and Mondays. If you have any advice it will greatly be appreciated.

Well the fastest I ever remember running a mile and a half in was 10 years ago in the police academy. I ran it back then in 12 minutes and 33 seconds. I have finally broke that personal record. On March 19,2008, I ran it in 12 minutes and 26.54 seconds. Remember this is 10 years later. Pretty good, even if I say so myself. BURNING DOWN THE FAT!!!!

Well ran/walked the race with my beautiful wife. The reason for the walk part of the race is because I am just now getting my wife into the fitness lifestyle. She is naturally skinny but at the biggest she has ever been. She is still not fat by no means but I want a family that is into the fitness lifestyle. She and I ran/walked the race in 43 mins. 12 secs. and 43 mins and 13 secs. respectively.
