That was a very hard week. On Wednesday I felt already tired and I couldn’t believe that this is not FRIDAY!!!
So far classes are great (and hard). I am taking biology, chemistry and CNA classes. I think my first week I would give myself B… Not good. I have to work harder and study more. But the most important thing is that in my college we have a pretty nice gym! Yey!!!
So we have the weekend now. For me it means…..MORE study and going to the gym. Nothing special but even with that I am happy. And at least I have time to watch some new movies

That was a good week. I lost 3 pounds. I have trained very hard and with dedication. I eat clean but didn’t drunk to much water.
Tomorrow is the last day of the school brake. Starting on Monday I am going back to school! It is going to be a rock’n'roll. Why? My English still needs a lot of work and I am already taking a biology, chemistry and nursing 100. Last quarter I managed to finish with 4.0 GPA. But this time I am not sure if I can do it…but at least I will try!

I spent in the gym only an hour but the training was so exhausting!

I didn’t write at all in the last four months.
I hate when people have pity on themselves and they are trying to find some excuses of their own mistakes and weaknesses. So, It wasn’t good time for me. I was bad girl. I didn’t do too much weightlifting and I didn’t eat as I should. The result is obvious. I look bad.
Now, I am in Canadian Rockies on vacation. I am heading back home on Tuesday. I am looking forward to go back to gym on Wednesday!
I am really lucky that even now my hubby still believes in me.

Last three weeks were really hard for me.
1. My "new" car is a piece of junk….don’t even ask.
2. This is second week I am ill. Got something from the boy (I am a nanny) and can’t get rid of it. I am so weak! I can even exercise. I am going to Canada for two days tomorrow. It should be worm and sunny. I hope it will help me and I could get back to the gym.
The good think. From June I am going to school.
I am so happy. I am starting prerequisites. for nursing program
I can wait!!!

First week 35/45/20 (P/C/F). I should have 3 sessions of cardio, each 30 minutes this week. I know it will be much more. I bought membrship to aquatic center so I have to use it.
Today back and legs.
I bought a car in NY. I have to go there. Yeah, I know a bit far from Washington
But people here lost their mind and are trying to sell car for the crazy prices. Those cars are do not even worth so many $$$. So find good deal here (in WA) is really hard. I don’t wanna car with the millage above 100.000. Example: Subaru Outback 1996/170.000 4590!!! Yeah…right…Someone lives in the moon I think…It was really quick decision beacuse it was REALLY great deal! But I don’t know what I was thinking about yesterday when was buying the ticket…I wanted to go this week. But I bought for next week. What a bummer! I have to wait to see my new car whole week!!!

Last week felt so good. I hadn’t go to work and think about anything. I had off. This weak…back to reality! But first day wasn’t so bad. Both kids took the nap and so I did (1 hour! good for me
)
I started do fasted cardio. I did 35 minutes of swimming, 1000 yards. Yes, I know. It was slow but last time I went to swimming pool was….10 years ago. I am sure in next couple of months I will get stronger and faster.
I didn’t feel good today…women stuff…so I did only 6 minutes cardio and 40 minutes weight lifting. Today I did back.
Tomorrow will be hard. Fasted cardio, chest, legs, and bouldering session. Wednesday off. Sort of…I will go swimming

I didn’t plan to bake a cake.
Yesterday I asked my hubby if he wants easter breakfast. Why not? Maybe some cake? Carrot cake? No problem! I baked it yesterday and today I saw how weak I am. I eat some cake, some REESE’S Peanut Butter Cups (smallest ones). So one part of my diet I eat really bad today.
I went to the gym, had a good workout but for me this is not excuse. I won’t be crying, I won’t be thinking how could I do this. It happens. I have proof I am still weak and I can’t resist junk food.
Tomorrow is new day.
By the way…I put shorter shorts today for my weight lifting and I have to agree with my hubby. My legs changed a lot and they are starting looking better and better. I don’t have mercy on them
The same with my butt. NO MERCY
In two, three weeks I will post my new progress pictures.
I can wait to see myself!

I have week off so today I slept till 9! I needed it. Now I feel much better. Fresh and no pain. I eat my breakfast and was thinking about cardio. I don’t like it but…I love swimming! I never got bored with it. My point is…I will go swimming today
That will be my cardio!
I can swim whole hour and it won’t be to long for me. Yes. I am really good swimmer
