Over the past several months I have been working hard to put on some quality size. The first three months have been amazing and I believe I have started a good foundation to achieve success. Phase II of my program kicked off Monday the 2nd of November. I moved to a four day a week lifting cycle and moved my reps from 5 reps with heavy wt. to a three phase 12-10-8 rep cycle. I think that this is gonna give me some of the desired results. I have used this program in the past so I know what to expect. I will be on this program for the next three months and then I will try to change it up again.

Today has been a fantastic day. I hit the gym with a fury this morning. I believe the new supps are really working I started taking HAVOC because it had a high rating among users here at BB.com. I have noticed some of the same effects that others talked about in their product rating. But two weeks into the cycle and I was blasted! Today I fealt like I could lift the world. Weights that I thought woudl be too heavy or I would struggle were noting. I just wanted to keep pumping it our and doing more and more. I love when you have these days. I wraped up my workout with a whey shake and will follow it up with a weight gainer shake tonight after dinner. I cant wait to hit the gym tommorow and see if I can push my body again.

Last week I started the week off ready to kill the weights, but as the week went on it got worse and worse. I went in to do a sweet leg workout and ended up killing my back. I was pissed that it happened but you just have to deal with it. But I am determined to get it done. I started off today with another great day today pusing the weight. I am starting to see results from my new supps. I will keep you all posted and thank you all for the comments.

Well for anyone of you that are my friends here at BB.com you know that I have been away for a long time. I took some time off of work to stay at home with my son. I know what you are all saying…. "well you can still find time to workout". Yea I could have… but you know, being home with him for three months has been so amazing. I cant believe the little man that he is becoming. (He just turned nine months). He has helped me to see the type of man that I want to be and that I need to be a better roll model for him. But with regrets I have to start work again and will be heading to work next week. I started back at the gym with the 100 REPS WAR program that was featured in Muscle and Fitness. Its one hell of a workout. I will keep you all posted on progress and just wanted to say thank you to all my brothers and sisters of iron out there who support me and help to keep me motivated.

Today I started a new supplememt stack. I am using Androcept from Bio Quest as well as Synthraz from Pro Source, coupled with Stacker II. So far I am feeling a bit jittery from all the new stuff running in my body, but I think I will adjust over time. Secondly its that time of year when we all start thinking about the beach and getting cut for summer. I am going to start a new diet and lifting program to help me achieve my goal and I hope that I can stick with it. I am going to revam my lifting program and go with higher reps and lower weight, also I am going to hit the cardio for at least fourty minutes a day while weaing a sauna suit. This helps cut that last bit of water weight that can stop you from looking shredded. If anyone has a good workout for cutting please hit me up and let me know. I will keep all of you posted on my progress and hopefully have some new and improved pics up online soon.

Everyone has had one of those days, where no matter what you do it just sucks. I had one of those days yesterday. My motivation in the gym was just not there, no matter what I was doing I just couldnt get into it. I hate when I have those workouts. I get disapointed in myself and I feel like my workouts suffer. I dont know just bitching abit.

Well, I had to take some time off so I could heal and get over a nasty sinus infection that I was fighting. But that is all over and done with and now I am back in the gym. I started a new program that I developed to get back some of what was lost during the time off. I am super excited and ready to hit it hard. My routine consists of Monday Wed Chest and Tris, Tuesday/Thursday Back, Bis, Legs, Friday is all cardio with a mix of whater ever I feel I need to hit again. I am also a high school wrestling coach and we start on Monday, I am super excited to get back in the gym and on the mat with my athletes.
