Help…i’m falling off

So…i’m on a downward spiral. I am so busy with everything for the wedding and with the new house I have pushed working out and eating clean aside. My wedding is in 5 weeks, 5 weeks! I need to stay where I am or lose a few pounds so my dress fits!

What the hell do you do - how do you find the time? I’m struggling and afraid I’m going to blimp back up to 158. I loved how i felt at 133, but I can tell you right now I’m probably up to 140. Eating ****ty, fast food whatever is convenient for me to pick up while I"m on the run. How do you do it. How do you (even when it already seems like there aren’t enough hours in the day) stay with it!

Ugh - i’m afraid to weigh myself. I don’t even want to know. I cooked food last monday in attemps to eat better at least, even if I can’t make it to the gym. 3 days I did eat clean until dinner…at least that’s something. the rest of the chicken and veggies = wasted.

what do I do? I need and want to be feeling good, not like a fat bloated ugly person for my wedding and honeymoon. any suggestions? How do i fit it all in? i work a normal 8-5 job and then go to my new house to scrape/paint/drywall. I’ve been doing this for 3 weeks now. I can’t NOT do the house work because then it won’t be ready for us to move into after the wedding. I feel so lost. Anyone?

Balance is key here, I understand about the wedding and things like that. My wife was obsessed with planning, running here and there and back again, but she did find time to workout. Granted it was early in the Morning, but she got it done. You can streamline your workouts so it only takes 30 to 45 minutes and burn a ton of calories. Check out scivation.com they have free e-books to help with the time crunch. I was also given another e-book called turbulance training and it has body weight workouts so you don’t have to worry about actually going to the gym. I’m sure you’ve heard all this before, but the time you take to work out even for 30 minutes will relieve your stress. Good Luck with the wedding, you’ll be fine!!

take a deep breath…hang in there. 1. From your posts, you are going to be a beautiful bride and 2. It won’t get any easier - trust me, I’ve been happily married for 11+ years, have 3 awesome boys and a wife who gets as flustered as I do when she doesn’t get a work out in.

That day is one of the single most important of your life. Do what you need to in order to make it memorable and special. Make yourself and your self-esteem the priority and know that there will ALWAYS be projects to work on in and around the home. There won’t always be a special day where the world takes pause and dedicates it to you and your loved one.

    Congratulations and best wishes.

If you don’t have time to cook, buy clean food beforehand, then take it with you to your new house for dinner. Otherwise hunger will catch you unprepared and you’ll end up buying some junk food.
    (1) bunch of "pure protein" bars at wallmart. You can take them with you anywhere.
    (2) a whole roasted chicken at your nearest supermarket.
Don’t worry so much about the gym right now, you’re somehow working out while prepping the house. Scrapping can be tough :)
    Congratulations on your wedding
