I just got an itouch and downloaded fitbuilder. I love it! It REALLY helps with my workouts! I love all the fitness related apps! I count calories and this really helps with that too. I got the 8G which is the smallest but it goes up to 32G for those of you who wants to watch videos and such. I got it on ebay…at first I was unsure if I wanted to spend that much $$ but now, I’m glad I got it! It will save me money on the long run! I hire a trainer to kick my butt every once in a while when I feel I’m slipping but now, no need for that! This thing is BETTER than a trainer if you ask me! Any thoughts?

I just recently purchased this online as recommended by a friend and I can tell you, it gives you a huge boost! It only has 15g of protein but it’s more than any other coffeine product that I know of. It also contains several nutrients and vitamins. PLUS, as much caffeine as a double espresso. I take it in the morning before my workouts and it keeps me going until about noon. I just thought I’d share. If you have low energy or if you need an extra boost I’d recommend it! If you do get it, please let me know how you like it.
I think the website is www.drinkclick.com (you can google it)
There’s a promotional code to buy 2 and get a free shaker. Code: mm

So, I haven’t been around lately…There are so many things going on with the holidays and whatnot.
Well, I haven’t made any progress but now I’m determined to do it! I got depressed because I couldn’t workout as hard as I wanted to for health reasons…I basically found out I was anemic and had to take it easy until my Iron was balanced. I knew there was something wrong with me when I couldn’t get through my workouts! I almost fainted a few times so I decided to go to the Docs and that’s how I found out about the anemia. That was 2 months ago…Now, I’m anemia free and ready to give it my ALL! The good news is, I was able to maintain my current body stats so, at least I didn’t get out of shape!
Anyhow, It’s good to be back!

I’ve always been one to stick with it until I’ve accomplished my goals, not saying I’m going to give up this time because I never do but, I don’t think I’ve ever been this exhausted in my life! Trying to lose weight (the right way) and holding a full-time job is NOT easy! I know most of you might be in the same situation as me so, you know what’s like. I work an 8-5 job and occasionally am asked to work late (until 8pm). I try to fit in my aerobics in the mornings and my weights at night. The weekends are full of errands and chores that have been ignored during the week…So on.
I was wondering what you guys do to keep your energy level high? If you get up early like me (5am), what motivates you to get your butt out of bed and go to the gym? Are there any supplements that might be helpful?
Thank you all for being here for me!

I was having the best week! I got up at 5am everyday (I have a hard time getting up that early), I did my high impact aerobics, I started a new workout, I lost some BF here and there, my abs are showing a little…THEN….Today, when I went to get in my car to go to the gym, my door was jammed…So, I look and see that somebody hit my car! I park on the streets so, somebody hit it overnight! There was a card on my windshield from a police officer asking me to call him asap…So, I call and he’s off duty and won’t be returning until tonight! Nobody at the police Station had any records! I have no idea what happened and I won’t be able to find out until tonight! Arrrrr! I had to take my boyfriend’s car to the gym, and I was so upset and frustrated that my workout was rubish! Now, i’m at work and….I just want to go back to the gym and workout again! I need a do-over! This morning’s workout was pathetic! Anywho, just venting I guess…
Thanks,
L.T.
