week one
I started my training to bulk up i workout 6days a week..3 lifting 3 cardio. I was soo sore on Sunday that i decided to make that day my rest day on a count of i cant move a muscle lol! my trainer and i had to modify my eating b/c i was starving through out the day so now i think im gonna pop!… Today i benched at a max of 85…which is crazy before i couldnt even lift the bar alone getting stronger..yes i am
right now im on the look out for a great tasting meal replacement shake..if anyone reads this id love some suggestions…

gnc mass xxx is a good shake. All my skinny friends take it lol !! im 263 lbs !! hehehee
