Day 4 early morning….then snow!!

Hey,

it’s day 4 and I was able to get to the gym early this morning and work my quads and calves with 30 mins of the eliptical
but then it snowed over here..as i type this..it’s still going…..so im not going to the gym tonight…but i will get some playtime in with my dog Bella…she loves the snow:)

This was my first double gym day (oh how sweet).  I went to the gym at 6am and i have to tell ya…i like the vibe in the morning..everyone says "good morning"  its an older crowd. so it was nice..pple were concentrating on their own workouts..doing their thing.it was just nice.  I did abs/calves/cardio this morning then carried on with my day.

No energy pill today…tomorrow Ill take it.
PM workout..Totally different crowd..much younger and they all come in groups and boy! are they HOT! I did Triceps and Back with a 30 min run on the treadmill.

I do believe that i am becoming addicted to the Gym. I am sure many of you are in the same boat and i just realized I have been bewitched by those dumbbells, those row machines, the elipitcals..and the medicine balls ohhhhhhhh medicine balls!!!

..I plan my whole day around the gym..If i can t make it for some reason i feel incomplete… even when my friends cant get ahold of me, they know where im at and my voice messages sound something like this " hey lu, know your at the gym…call me back"  " lu dont even tell me, at the gym right…i need to do what your doing…call me"  and " lu weren’t you at the gym this morning, addicted? i think so" HeHe

I just hope no one tries to come btwn me and my workouts…i pity da foo!

What i ate today (it could be better…i  need to go the market)
meal one- 1/2c oatmeal with 1c of eggwhites

meal two - protein shake with WW toast and sugar free jam :)
meal three- Tuna with and veggies

meal four- 4 oz chicken 1 c. brown rice & 1 c. carrots  (mmmm carrots)

meal five- 1 serving of muscle milk (its like my dessert )
