10/19/07 workout
Todays workout;
1)warm-up treadmill 6.5 mph 10 mins
2) Back and triceps
a) close grip pulldowns (4 sets 15x)
b) triceps pushdowns (same)
c) seated 2 arm rows (same)
d) fixed pulldowns
e) wide grip pull ups (machine)
f) bench dips (4 sets of 15)
g) kickbacks
h) bent over rows
3) HIIT 20 mins
I increase the weight with every set…i do a back and tri exercise back to back then rest for a min then do it again for 4 sets each then move on to the next pair of exercises:)
