Again being the only person shopping in the whole foods isle (as usual)

I really wanted somethin sweet to eat..so i came across  these vitabrownies …made by a company called natural and delicious check out the stats:

100 calories 25 from fat

2.5 g fat 1g sat

240 mg Na+ (or sodium :-p)

23 g carbs

6g fiber 5g sugar alcohols

4g protein with a load of vitamins 50% A, C,D,E, B12, zinc, Biotin, folate, and 60% iron and i dont see HFCS in the ingredients
well how does it taste?

Eh ive had better but then again it was probably 250 calories and like 20g of fat. I like them alot and its nice on those days where i want somethin sweet which was tonight it hit the spot…

they have all kinds of stuff vita muffins galore..how it affects my stomach ill report if somethin happens :p

JEALOUSY!!

I use this site as motivation to keep going on to reach my goals..and i thank everyone here for that..but there are times where i cant help but become very jealous of pple who have my ideal physiques :( i guess its natural and it also keeps me going…I just want to say

i hate you all lol!!!

but i love you all at the same time :-p keep up the good work b.c it keeps me going…and maybe one day someone will be jealous of me :) :) in a good way!!

Here at bodybuilding.com there is SOOOO much information at ur fingertips that sometimes it can get confusing as to which direction to go …carb cycle…caloric cycle leanin out…starting out!….the list goes on..Id like to think im on the intermediate level in terms of lifting and cardio.  The information is or can be confusing and conflicting.. no eating after 7 or a protein shake before bed…a caloric deficient of 500 or just 200? too much cardio or not to much if you want to keep those muscles…lol

how do you sort things out?

BIG BOY Push ups

Lately i have been running 5-6 miles a day 3x per week…well tonight after my run…i usually do push ups and some squats etc…well i usually do the girly ones with my knees on the ground b/c i have been too weak to do the regular ones!!

WELL….today I did 20 big boy push ups…man was i pumped a month ago i couldnt even get off the ground after 1…lol they guy near me was lookin at me like i was a female rambo or somthin first to run 6 miles and then stop and push em out …yea i felt unstoppable tonight…

ok thats it!

you gonna eat that?

Here in Rhode Island..well New england there is the dunkin donuts craze..well i should know b/c everyday at my job im asked if i want anything from dunkin dnuts (or D2 as i like to call it). And my boyfriend CANNOT live without 2 iced coffees/ day (pathetic)
Back to my job …I always usually say NO unless i want tea in the winter…and everyday its the same.."want anything from dunkin?"

When its my turn to go…I see literally a D2  every 5 blocks.. and traffic to the drive thru as well as the line inside..my my my..save your money
Looking at the line in the morning i truly think there are some pple who are going to be late but dont care b.c they need their fix.

So are we that weak willed that we let the power of extra extra caffeine, trans fat filled dnuts , artey cloggn sandwiches and Sugary smoothies get the best of us?
Finally one day someone from worked asked me if i was on a diet or somethin b/c i never got anything from D2( or anywhere else for that matter). I make my food and bring in it everyday.  Well i automatically laughed. Do we live in a society where not eating at D2 or pizza hut or burger king that we arent normal?? or on a diet??  She looked at me with such disgust and confusion at the same time that it was funny…I simply replied that they have nothing i want! and i that i care about what goes in my body… simple as that.  I also suggested that she go to the different websites of these food places and check out their nutrition guides…b/c i do and i am grossed out…its ok once in a while but every morning i dont need a  egg cheese and sausage on a wheat bagel (good lawd….hello heart disease)

I wish pple would be more conscious about what they put into their bodies…I know i am..

knowledge is power!!
