i was eating around 1700-1900 calories a day. because my weight is going no where and i’m feeling bloated, i’m moving down to 1500-1700 a day. hopefully this will push my body to shed some fat.
i’m working out about 5-6 days a week 25-60 minutes a day. i’m usually doing body weight exercises, a medicine ball routine, and every other day trying to get some running in if possible.
my diet is very clean and i eat plenty of veggies and some fruit everyday.
i will get to a normal b.m.i. weight. i will get ripped. i’m not giving up. i will reach my goals.
