Lujan Matus: Daily Raw Food Diet Plan

For those of you who are interested in the http://rawfoodsolution.com/ and how I get in my daily greens here is my eating plan that I execute to gain maximum health and vitality.
The first thing I do when I wake up is to have a glass of water with http://www.iherb.com/p/23080?rcode=MIZ491extract. This is very good for hydration and strengthening the kidneys.
Before training I have a heaping tablespoon of http://iherb.com/p/22619?rcode=MIZ491 and 1/2 tablespoon of wild http://jrox.therawfoodworld.com/jrox.php?id=1271&jxURL=http://www.therawfoodworld.com/index.php?main_page=product_info%26cPath=100151_100126_100296%26products_id=1002419 in a glass of water and a cup of green tea.
Then I do a half hour set of movements that mobilize my metabolism to burn the stubborn fat residues. This set is called "The Guardian". Then I do another set of movements that take an hour, which are very demanding. It is called "http://www.parallelperception.com/shamanic-movement/the-three-treasures.html".
Following this I have a five minute break, a small portion of fruit to lift my sugars, which helps build muscle and a tablespoon of turmeric in a glass of water. Then I do another hour and a half of strength exercises, from the series called "http://www.parallelperception.com/shamanic-movement/energy-tapping.html".
At the end of this session I have a green smoothie with a combination of fresh fruit, green leafy vegetables and one or two scoops of http://jrox.therawfoodworld.com/jrox.php?id=1271&jxURL=http://www.therawfoodworld.com/index.php?main_page=product_info%26cPath=0%26products_id=1001940 protein.
A couple of hours later, after meditation, for lunch I usually have another green smoothie with http://jrox.therawfoodworld.com/jrox.php?id=1271&jxURL=http://www.therawfoodworld.com/index.php?main_page=product_info%26cPath=0%26products_id=1001940 protein, http://www.iherb.com/p/14042?rcode=MIZ491, http://jrox.therawfoodworld.com/jrox.php?id=1271&jxURL=http://www.therawfoodworld.com/index.php?main_page=product_info%26cPath=0%26products_id=1000822 and coconut oil. Sometime during the day I have a couple of tablespoons of http://jrox.therawfoodworld.com/jrox.php?id=1271&jxURL=http://www.therawfoodworld.com/index.php?main_page=product_info%26cPath=100151_100126_100296%26products_id=1000820 and some sea vegetables.
Dinner is either another green smoothie, the same as lunch, or energy soup, which is blended vegetables like tomato, peppers, cucumber, fresh herbs and avocado or hemp seeds.
If I get hungry I snack on fresh fruit or trail mix with goji berries - my favorite is http://www.iherb.com/p/23617?rcode=MIZ491 - and during the day I constantly drink green and herbal teas; many different varieties.
In the evening I go for a half hour walk. If it is the full moon I engage in another practice called "http://www.parallelperception.com/shamanic-movement/mayan-quetzalcoatl-winged-serpent-series.html".
But the most important activity that I engage in during the day is smothering my wife with tender love and kisses.
I also take different herbal formulas from time to time. At the moment I am using http://iherb.com/p/22316?rcode=MIZ491 It is not vegan, but it has such a strong effect that I compromise my vegan principles every now and then to take this herbal mixture.
Here is a link to the raw food section of my forum where you can find some other Chinese herbs I take periodically to strengthen my body.

Thank you, Lujan! This is great, however, I still like to eat, instead of drinking, my food, and taste each ingredient. Just finished my yummy salad: cucumbers, avodado, basil, lemon, himalayan salt... Of course, I love those superfoods, and love smoothies every day. Thank you again!
Hey Lujan,
I'm slowly converting to a raw diet, and I do feel the positive effects, though I still wonder; since I live in a country that isn't to warm, especially in winter, isn't it smt necessary to warm up the food?
I still practice 'energy tapping and the dragon tears' and when I look at your traning schedule I'm getting really curious and hope I'll have the oppertunity to visit you again!
Warm regards,
Thomas.

You can use a vitamix and warm up your smoothies, especially vegetable soups, just slightly so you can still touch it without it hurting your fingers and this won't kill the enzymes.
A little bit of brown rice and cooked vegetable soups are also ok in cold weather.
Thanks for sharing this, Lujan. sounds interesting and possible. I'm new in this field (Raw Food). Gives me an idea (general direction) of how it could be.
Good day Lujan and thank you so much for this post. I am currently in the process of going raw also. I could very easily drink my meals. I like to feel the energy that is flowing straight to my cells. I have realized so much about pattrrns and habits I have in this process of going raw. One of the biggest things for me was taste, how addicted to taste we can be rather then how will this nurish my body. People have become slaves to taste - it has to taste good so eating simply is not satisfying for them. So they destroy their bodies for instant gratification to their taste then further punish themselves buy feeling guilty for what they have consumed. I was one of those people. You eating plan is beautiful, it has purpose to it. This helps me very much thank you Lujan!
From my heart center,
Angela
