So I did my body measurements again. To my surprise, I think it actually IS possible to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time!
In 3 weeks my bodystats have changed like this:
- Lost about 3 kg weight
- Waist reduced by 4 cm!
- Added 0.5 cm to arms and 1 cm to forearms (thanks to deadlifts, I'm sure!)
- Added 1 cm to thighs
- Chest remained the same (although definitely lost fat from there too)
- Added 2 cm to shoulders (have been concentrating on shoulders more lately)
