Hi all in the Bodybuilding.com world, my name is Chris.
I’m almost 32 and have decided it is time to take controll and build the body I have always wanted. In my early 20’s I was a ameature kick boxer and was in pretty good shape. Becuase of the extreme cardio conditioning I needed to do to survive up to 12 rounds in the ring, I never put on a terrible amount of mass. Now, almost a decade later, I’m ready to hit the gym again but with different goals this time.
I am new to the mass building world and am not genetically predisposed to gain large amounts of muscle. I’m a ectomorph who can and has built a little wieght around his midsection. I invite any to walk with me in my progress and am looking for any help that can be given. I will attempt to log meals and lifting stats as best I can, but I run a store and am opening another in the near fututre. My time is normally stretched!
Again, i could use all the help I can get, and thanks in advance!
