Looks pretty good. You might work in some cheese and peanut butter on a 7th meal along with some more protein. Make sure you know what's in those 2 cafeteria meals.... could be causing your fatigue and other problems - no telling what type of cheap fillers they use in meats and stuff.

Okay, thats true, if you remove enouh body fat you can see abs. What I was referring to is a level of body fat that was something not seriously unhealthy or even life threatening. Also I was not implying abs are covered in a layer of bone, are too muddled to make them out or that some people don't actually posses those muscles. Thanks for the helpful, insightful post.

You should definetly be eating red meat!! You're not eating enough calories. You really can't live on peanut butter sandwiches. I realize you want to gain lean mass and not fat and you are trying to eat healthy, but you need to eat more fat. It's not going to make you fat, but it's more calorie dense. Eat healthy fats. Nuts are good, but lean cuts of red meat will do you wonders.

My best weight gain results come when I cut down on the amount of powder protein I was taking in and substituted it with tuna. 1 six ounce can of tuna about every two hours, 6-8 egg whites a day, and a few regular meals helps me continue to gain weight and it's all lean because I have very little fat in my diet. As far as the brown rice and beans, I like them both it helps me go longer in the gym with full intensity. It's great fuel for the body, but that is all it is is fuel. It keeps your body from breaking down the muscle you are trying to build. I work nights and lift when I get off work in the mornings so I like for my lunch at night to contain either brown rice, potatoes, or some other good starch to keep me energized. I hope that helps you.

OK, now what i'm trying to say is that if I had to eat like that I would be disgusted with food too!!! lol, do u like chocolate? they sell chocolate proteine bars that have 30g of protein, 9 g of fat and some carbs. they have a lot of good nutrients and they dont make u feel full. that's an example
I buy a cereal that has four times more proteine than oats and any other cereal... and it is only 2.50 per box...etc. also what's up with the water?&gt; u r drinking to much water
i can tell u why, and what to do. later

what is a sammich?
that diet looks very healthy, but unnecesarily fullfilling. you don't want to get full and disgusted about food.
brown rice is healthy, but it fills u up for a long time, I would not want to eat anything after a bowl of that.
beans do the same, they fill u up and make u feel disgusted about eating more food...now I get why. also u have to make ur body hungry and receptive to the food by exercising, the more muscle u have the hungrier u get.
when I eta those things that u mention I dont want to eat much.... yeah!, I know I should eat that all the time then. but I skip ip some times so I can eat something that I like.
