Training without equipment
The only gym I had access to closed last week. So I’m not sure how I can continue training. Out of money and no where to go. If nothing then in the fall I’ll be able to continue, I just have to continue with my diet I suppose. I’ll have to do some more research on that so I don’t lose any gains I’ve made and have to start over :S I’ll be off in a week and I’ll have time to figure this out.

get some lifting rubber bands. not as good as getting your hands on iron, but will keep you in somewhat good shape until you can get to a real gym. pushups and pullups are also good options.

buy a pull up bar! do wide grip pul ups, chin ups, and regular pull ups on it. then do push ups, and diamond push ups. that should cover all ur main muscles and get u defined untill u can get into a gym again.

At school I guess? My son has about the same build, same age, little taller. Gotta eat more and keep doing pull ups, push ups, chin ups. Avoid cardio for a bit until you do gain some weight. Good luck. Del

You can do quite a bit with your own body weight. Consider balance and power training. It would get you ready for heavier ilfting when you get back to the gym. Resistance bands (mentioned above) are a good idea. You can do slow reps and holds to focus on muscle fiber recruitment and negative training. For lower body, try one-leg deadlifts, one-leg squats, calf raises on steps (hold anything heavy!) and you can do tuck jumps, etc.

The problem with one-leg squats is that when I get down, I cant get back up. I don’t have a problem with two-leg squats.
