More On Diet
I was able to get some more supplement, (http://www.ultimatenutrition.com/catalog/muscle_gain/muscle_juice.html), same as last time. It was recommended, this time though, that I try 3 scoop servings. When I do that however, I feel really sick and get nauseous. I haven’t found anything new for cheap high-calorie foods, and the meals here (on res) just seem to get worse. The only lactose free milk I can get here is chocolate milk in little boxes that are too expensive. 3 more months and I’ll be able to cook some of my own food.

Use www.fitday.com to track your diet and calories. I started it and pretty much eat the same things at the same times every day. It was hard at first but after a couple of weeks you get used to it.

Hey man, I am a personal trainer, certified through NASM. even though you may be eating alot of high calorie foods, the type of food itself may be the cause for the delay in the growth that you’re looking for. Try this….since it sounds like you are on a fairly tight budget, go to your local market ( or find a large supermarket) And look for frozen bags of boneless skinless chicken. Try to stay with lower fat ( even though higher fat will add calories) remember that you are looking not just for alot of calories, but quality calories. Bulk frozen chicken is usually pretty cheap. Also grab a few bags of whole grain brown rice. Pas on the white, as brown has far more nutrients and will give you plenty of great expendable energy. try some kind of hotsauce for flavoring ( there are several that are low sodium that are cheap as dirt.). Last, add some cheese (real) on your chicken and buy a couple of bags of broccoli. This addition of hgih protein and low fat foods to what your eating now, will probably cost far less than the supplements your buying, and will help your body start to grow. Also be sure you lift and heavy as you can with PROPER FORM maxing each set around 5-7 reps and do 3-6 sets of each exercise. drink alot of water. go kinda easy on the cardio while your trying to gain…maybe 2 days a week at a half an hour to 45 minutes at moderate intensity. These tips should help you start to put on size. Good luck to you. Please let me know how things work out for you. Feel frr to ask questions. Later

Hey Bro,
You should try a weight ganieron nutrition has some good ones and they mix very well also 3500 cals is a lot but you need carbs and lots of them but get the good one whole grains and such. Your carbs should be about 60% of your cals. and use some thing like gatorade after your workout to send your insulin up to process the protein into the muscles. It is not easy getting big. but also check out the big guy’s body space which you can link to from my body space he used to be a small guy. Keep motivated bro.
