Last night my lifts were up. Both i weight and reps.
I attribute this increase to the 11-oxo .

started 11-OXO on tuesday night. i plan on running it for 6 weeks at 4 pills a day. then the PCT.
weighed in at 188 wed morning.
I started
N.O Limits and a colon cleanser and went back on mono today.
Took last week off. Good for me
Got back on the the weights yesterday. I am sore. And also started on the cardio again.
40 min 5.33 miles.

Did light chest w/o for the first time in about 2 months. It went ok.
i am far from 100% tho.

And last night was a leg night. Si needless to say, I am happy.
My shoulder is STILL bothering me. but i have started doing some stretches and i believe they are helping. So that is cool.
5.10 miles in 40 miles on the 21" eliptical.
that is a new PR.
tuesdays seam to be my best cardio nights. I am not sure why tho.
35 min on the eliptical. 3.83 miles. that is an improvement since my last erntry. Is it possible that quitting smoking may have something to do with it
