Let me say that this is a killer workout program. I was only able to make it half-way through the first workout and had to quit. I got real sick to my stomach and had no energy. Next time I will not push so hard.

Wednesday is gonna be my first day of p90x. Just keep hanging with it and think about what you really want in the end. I have a friend that is about half way through now. He says its tough but its gave incredible results. Be incouraged…you can do it!
