ANother week
Sunday, April 5th, 2009WEll I ahve upped my cardio to 3 days a week at 25-35 minutes. I have gained 3 pounds back up to 205, but I am seeing more definition, bigger traps, and a flatter stomach. No, I do not have the abs back from hiding out with the Yeti, but I am seeingĀ some signs of hope. I have just switched my workout to one I cam across in Musclemag. called Double up. Been doing it about a week, and impressed with how tight and pumped I feel for hours afterwards.
