I will get there!
Seems like i’ve had one challenge after another it’s very frustrating when I am trying to do something to benefit me in the long run and every corner I turn there is something else going on. My daughter had surgery and i have been tending to her so much that I realized that I hadn’t eaten in days. Iknow this isn’t good however I was so focused on her until I didn’t feel hungry, a couple sips of water here and there but that was it. I am asking myself how do you get on track and stay on track regardless of the situations that arise. Any suggestions???? I was beating myself up today when I realized that I wasnt eating. This cant be good, I know no progress will come from that, now all the walking i’ve been doing maybe helping me right now but that’s just about it. I know it’s about determination but what do you do when you’re in an unfamiliar place???? I will get to the place where I am comfortable with my body if it takes me 6 months or a year I will get there.

You will so get there! I am trying to not let obstacles affect me either. I haven’t had anything major to distract me like your daughter’s surgery. The best thing we can do is wipe ourselves off and do better next time. Since this journey is ongoing there are going to be challenges consistently. Like you said we have to be determined to overcome life’s challenges. I am sure with all the practice that presents itself we will overcome. : )
God bless!

Hang in there! You will do this, it just takes time. Life will always throw you a curve ball, but just don’t give up. Its understandable that you are concerned about your daughter and she will always come first. When all normalizes in your life, get back on track. Don’t become discouraged! We are here for you to help as best we can!

I hope you’re daughter is doing well. You’re not alone in your sentiment. I’ve often felt this way when I’ve had to take care of emergency situations. Just remember that its the sum of all your work that gives results; as long as you don’t throw in the towel and get back to it as soon as you can. Best wishes!
