Preparation
I am finidng that preparing my food and water works out bettr than just trying tograb something healthy at work to eat. It NEVER works out good. If I prepare at home I have six small meals that are healthy, there have been days when I overslept and just didnt have time to gather my food what a bad mistake. I am proud to say that my water intake has increased and I’m able to drink more withour feeling sick. A co-worker suggested I try eating only meats for a week I believe she said 1 ounce, no carbs no nothing……. Not quite sure of that….. I would starve……… I’m preparing for Universe Weekend in Miami this weekend, Maybe I’ll get some good pointers from someone. Hopefully I’ll be able to relax some.

Preparation is the key to success!!! You co-working is giving terrible advice…each meal should be balanced (pro/carb/fat), her idea would be setting you up for a disaster!!! Have fun this weekend

Good job with your meal preparations! Yeah, I agree with nic902, stick to a balanced meal because it will give you variety. Once you start down the protein only cycle, you’ll get bored and tired quickly with it and it really doesn’t help much. Once you start adding back the other stuff (carbs, fat, etc). then you’ll gain back what you lost (if you lose anything). Stick with what you’re doing, you’ll be fine. Take it from me, you’re going to start getting a lot of "helpful" advice at the office from everyone…but stick with the basics because it works. Good luck with your goals!
