Been working in the gym for a few months now and im telling you i should have taken the studies on how to deal with the people you work with..Since then,i really didn't like working with people...they drive me nuts..Now, the gym that i work at is going on a "NEW BOSS" crisis and everybody that i work with is acting crazy like its the end of the world...ughhh
So,now im stressing what to do, im new in this world but im telling you now i wanted it to be for the rest of my life and i wanted to do more,learn more and do my best.
I plan on starting little, its kind of nerve wrecking...im already trying to plan things on my head and im getting a little nervous..hehe..im not even there yet..hehe
Standing on my own is exciting but at the same time im a bit nervous...And im on the my way to making a plan on how to start...BY MYSELF..ahhh...the joy of pursuing your dreams...leg shaking!
Do you guys ever use Hydroxycut? Pros and Cons? what does it do to you?
I have a friend, and he is using this to loose fat quick and he said he was taking this every other day, he said he feels OK using it,his heart doesn't palpitate or anything like that but he said he didn't feel like drinking water or taking something in or he'd spit it out like his stomach doesn't like it,and says he takes this when he rides his bicycle in the morning.Then yesterday while he was riding his bike, he noticed that his nose was bleeding. Does Hydro make you guys do that?

I been using whey protein for 2 years now and superpump for a year and creatine for a year...Now my face is going crazy with Acne ever since and i found out that my face reacts to amino acids..ughhh,now i know whey and superpump has amino acids and i need these things in this journey BUT my face is against it!!! arghh...what to do??? u guys have these reactions too? I love bodybuilding.com...Cus this is the only site that appreciates women who tries and build muscle or lift weights..they help you and motivate you.without this i wouldn't know anything about being fit and healthy and things about fitness,the importance of lifting weights etc..I wouldn't be pushing on becoming a personal trainer...
i am from Philippines.which is where most asian people don't appreciate women with muscle and women who builds muscle..They are afraid of lifting weights!
I want to be surrounded with people who are in the same level that i want,same kind of lifestyle chosen..because in where i am now,people tell me the opposite.."OH,don't lift weights,"OH,don't go big,you'd look like a man" and "oh its not feminine"...sometimes its nice to slap some in the face and say "hey,why can't you just be supportive,"

So, i like my eggs with salt to taste,and i seen some people who says they need to cut down on salt..Does that mean having that in your food affects your body too? Good? bad? or is it ok? Help please, Im on my serious diet training right now...:D
