convinced a week off promotes healing.
i am convinced that after 20yrs +training of just about every routine out there i am finding out taking a full week off after one month promotes not only recovery and healing of the joints but also it is all around stress releiver, and i am more focused and have alot better results. comments welcome.

Ya i know what you mean Saterday is my last compatition this season and i will take a well diserved week off!

This saturday will make my 3rd the first 2 were back to back. I may do another in october, with work and the wife and kids it gets tough with travel and i am ready to work on next year.
