I have and I’m sure everyone else has seen how many people view your pictures in the members’ gallery. This website is to meet people, connect, and transform ourselves..The reason for pictures is to show our transformations, our progress, and to receive advice…suggestions…Now, why is it we can have 200 views for a picture, but only 3 comments?? Hmm..I do agree..there are some people on here who don’t NEED advice, hence their beautiful shredded bodies…but uhmm..for the other 80% of us on here…LEAVE SOME ADVICE OR PRAISE! lol…dang..:-)

Yesterday, I happened to be sooooooo sick, but I still pushed out our workout. I usually do leg press, and 3 extra sets of weighted squats on the Smith Machine. I choose to not do this today..Instead this is what we did:
Box Squats 4×25(holding weights above shoulders)
Stiff leg raised 3×30secs(both legs)
Goodmornings 3×15
Calf extensions-3×15
Leg extensions 3×15
Has anyone ever done front sqauts? Let me know what you think of them, as I may incorporate them into the workout sometime soon….Happy New Year’s everyone, and God bless…

I need to d better writing these posts. I bought a personal journal even for home, and have been slacking with that. Out of sight, out of mind.. I’ve been having lower back pain for over a yr. This month it has gotten worse.:-( I keep reading, and everytime I come across sciatica I know that it is exactly what I have. It affects my bk, butt, and left leg..I know as a nurse, I’d probably receive a muscle relaxer, and that is about it..so I keep pushing on..Back surgery is not something I would dare think of..anyone else have back troubles? What do you do? I don’t want to stop lifting..I take my rest days when scheduled..that’s about all I plan to do..Hope everyone had a wonderful XMAS… God bless…

We are all entitled to mistakes..This month there will be no mistakes! I’m on my grown woman tip right now..If you aren’t with me then back up and give me room..This applies to food, people, the weather even! There is no stopping me for a month straight. I will find a way to do cardio depsite my leg pain…

One of my bodyspace buddies told me that the body will do everything in its powers to stop you from making it do what you want. Today, I keep looking outside, it’s cold and raining, a perfect day to be napping. However, I think I will go tear the gym down and come back home to get some rest. Does anyone else have a hard time working out when the weather is bad??

Ok..so, I was dissapointed at first about my weight gain, but last night we did measurements. I’ve been keeping up with my meausurements since July of this year….I’ve feeling satisfied because I’ve lost a total of 6 inches off my waist and 4.5 inches off my hips. I’ve really lost inches everywhere except for my thighs…let’s keep moving!

Today, I check the scale to see if I’m making progress or not, and I see I have gained a total of 7lbs since I’ve gotten bk to lifting weights. I’m not too happy about that. I’m changing things..diet..attitude…but today I didn’t feel motivated. I still ended up working out today, and the endorphin release itself from working out changed my mood….still sux though…

Well, I’m one month into weightlifting again. I have gained about 4lbs of muscle, but I’m ready to shred some weight!! I have definitely lost inches on every part of my body, and this month is nothing but supersetting. I hope this works!!!! No, no….it will work!
