The Defluffing continues…

as I deal with de flow. I started this challenge with it, and it has been 4 weeks. Glad to see I am regular. Not that you needed to know that.

I am so bloated right now. The weather is hot and humid. My toes look like sausages and all my joints feel tight. I did measure myself Friday morning  and not much change. Positive anyway.  Above and below the belly button are the same and gained 1/4 inch at the BB. I guess that is not bad considering my week and the time of the month.

This week was worse than last, not enough water, CRAVING badly and admittedly caving in. Not getting to the gym or out to run. Weather has been yucky rainy and just wasn’t in the mood to go out and be wet and cold. Never fun running in those conditions. Last time I ran, my knees hurt for about the 1st mile. Felt ok after the run but they started bothering me again about an hour after my run. I think it was a combo of the weather and age.

I haven’t really had the opportunity to go to everyones sites to see how you are doing or write anything and I am sorry. Thank you for your words of encouragement. At times I just don’t have many words. Just would rather sit and be quiet and let things move by. So sorry again. I truly hope all have had a good week defluffing, staying clean, getting some good workouts in, sticking to it. My first couple days are usually kinda funky so I am hoping by Monday I am back in the game.

I can’t believe that we only have 2 weeks left so we really need to get on the ball and finish tough!

    LJ,
    No sweat on the reponding…just glad you are FTFing. That monthly deal sucks. Not looking forward to ending my challenge with it…but that’s price we pay for getting to be female..lol.

    Is it only 2 more weeks?! Time is flying.

    although I can’t directly relate to your "monthly deal" I know about cravings and just plain feeling yucky… with it out of the way you can have a great next two weeks and finish on a positive note!!.. I feel a little pressure not to miss workouts and to eat super clean these next weeks.. you girls have been awesome.. Keep it up.. :)

    Um yeah! I went from 120.5 to 125.6 in three days because of TOM and my belly swelled up so much I wouldn’t put a tape measure around it. So I can relate!!!!
    But as usual, it is only temporary and the weight came back down. I too like to sit back and observe sometimes so don’t worry on the comments. I hope you have released some of the water weight and are feeling better. I have all the faith in the world that you will take it back up a level for weeks five and six. Keep fighting the good fight!!!!

    Hey, I think that’s awesome that you’re the same above and below - that means in a week when TOM’s over, that it will probably shrink - yay! I definitely hear you about the cravings, but just accept it and move on (as many wise Fluffers have told me whenever I got down about it!)! Have a wonderful 5th week!! :)

    At least you didn’t gain, which is huge consdering what you are dealing with. I hope you can find new strength and optimism for the remaining weeks. I too had a rough bloated 4 days and feel blah because of the weather outside…but the thing about fitness is, is that it is never too late to create change. I am wishing you strength and motivation for this week!
