yes it is because you are 40 you are napping (silly you…) you are probably just tired. (on the down low, could you be pregnant?). This morning I yawned my way through the gym, but I hit the weights hard. Sometimes you do what you can. It’s awesome that you are making improvements…lovely. Keep running!
