Haven’t been posting too much here. Incline BB 1 set of 10 @ 225. 2 sets of 8 @ 315. 1 set of 6 @ 385. 2 sets of 4 @ 405. Finished with some high rep db work. Ran for 45-min.

Worked chest today. Flat DB 2sets of 8 at 100 to warm-up.4 working sets pyramiding to 180. Incline 4 sets of 8 @ 140. Ran for an hour.

Worked chest today. Kept it light. Incline DB 1 set of 12 reps @ 90. 3 sets of 10@ 120. Incline BB 4 sets of 8 @ 225. Flat DB 3 sets of 8 @ 150. Ran for 30 min.

Worked chest today. Warmed up for a couple sets of 12 @ 90 on incline DB. 3 sets of 8 @ 120. I did 4 sets of 12 @ 160 on flat DB. Then I did 4 sets of 8 @ 315 on decline BB. Ran for 40 min.

Today SUCKED!!!! Legs. I wasn’t into it today. Did 4 sets of SLDL, 3 sets of extensions. I did talk to this girl that I’ve been wanting to ask out. Going out tomorrow night. Going on two weeks since I’ve had any poon.
