k well im 9 weeks in and so far lost just over 20lb which im pretty happy about am very impatient though so keep upping my training, well atleast that should stop me reaching a plateau.
so far ive only had one cheat day becos it was my 21st at weekend so i feel it is allowed! just gone for a mega run to try burn off some of the alcohol and crap food i consumed lol
i jst read the transformation of the week i cant remember her name but she is so inspirational to lose the amount of weight she did in such a short time span, shows me that it can be done! and i will do it goddammit!

k after 6 weeks of hardly any change in weight i started using the supplement lipo 6 5 days ago, and in 5 days i lost 6 pounds! think the lipo 6 has given my body has given my metabolism the boost it needed.
it will be interesting to see if lipo 6 continues to work for me with time

k i’ve been training now for about 6-7weeks, and somehow have only lost 2 pounds, i am slightly confused because i’ve been on a regimented diet since the beginning, i can feel the difference but its not showing on the scales, i havent had my bodyfat percentage taken, but even so i think there should have been more empirical results from the scales by now.
i’m not sure what to do to speed up my results, any suggestions?
i train 6 to 7 days a week with a split between upper and lower body both also include 30 mins cardio with HIIT training. every 3rd or 4th day is a rest day for weights and 60 min cardio
i have read articles on doing cardio before breakfast is this the way to go?
