Well, decided to go with the coach for a couple of months, so will start Friday, where we will be looking at programs, goals and and rest, will be going to the gym three times a week, pump class and running at the weekend, plus diet or should I say new way of eating, which so far is going well, the fat % is dropping (not looking at the scales). So, at the gym yesterday, worked on back and arms after a bit of cardio, but as its a nice day here in Paris, will go for a run,,,,after I attack the ironing.

As I was at the gym the other day, did back and arms, which are my favourite parts, got talking to the coach, explained what I wanted, and to me it would appear, even though I watch what I eat, etc, I not getting where I want to go, so I think I take a personal coach for a couple of months and see how that goes, I have a gutt feeling its going to be hard going,,,,,,but as I enjoy a challenge, and the idea of getting this bod into form again,,,,so watch this space, will have to do photos, better get a better camera or will break the one I’ve got,,,,lol. ok wish me luck:)

Have to manage meals and dieting, but I can see that it is already paying off, as my work suits that I put to the back of the wardrobe, I can not actually fit into them confortably:) All this protein and veg is working,,,but still have to have a cheat day once a week! I’m debating whether or not to invest in a small personal gym at the house, as I don’t really enjoy going to the gym, will have to look into that. Will go for a run later, nice here in Paris, a bit cloudy, though.

to run or not to run is the question????
raining again in Paris, at the moment, it never stops, and I’m not in the mood to go to the gym, so i’ll hang on for a while and head out later. I’ve been looking at all these supplements, and ask myself are any of them any good and do they really work?

Today, the weather is terrible, and I wanted to go for a run,,,, but am that tired, my arms and chest are sore as I was in the gym yesterday lifting some weights. But it doesn’t bother me as I know in the long run I will see some progress,,,,I hope. Hopefully the weather will get better and I’ll get out for a run.

Today is my third day, the first, I went out for a run, yesterday, I hit up my local gym, with the pensionners in the morning, I did thirty minutes on the walker and then did 30 minutes roughly on my arms and shoulders. So today, I did the same things, except, 20 minutes on the walker, 10 minutes on the rower and 30 minutes doing my legs and a little my back, as I enjoy that.
I’m now watching what I am eating, nooooooooo crap, and getting a real buzz out of it. Not many people here to train with and the lads look at u in the gym when I lift the weights???? am I doing it wrong??? NO I don’t think so, they are not used to it maybe??? any way, not giving up until I’m satisfied, so I’ve alot of work ahead!!!!!
