Just after having a lovely little baby boy,,,,,,Patrick:)
So, now after 3 months have decided to get the bod back in shape, I am 30 kilos overweight,,,,, yes, I know
a lot of work ahead of me. But anybody out there with any meal plans, I’m out running ,,,,, hopefully will
see some results, I’m giving myself six months of work to slowly loose it. Happy new year to all.

The new year has started on a good foot, sorry about the pun, but just had today off and brought my daughter to McDo for a treat,,,,,, I got myself something too, of course, I don’t know why I did, because you are always hunger afterwards,,,, and more importantely YOU are what YOU eat! Anyway, gave up the gym, didn’t enjoy it, thought I get to meet people with the same interests but NOPE, I meet more people on this site. So, am thinking of going some weights for home, etc and going it alone:) So wish me the best, any advise, always appreciated.

very disappointed with the gym and coach, so motivation is at the losest, not even going any more. Paid for private lessons,,,,,,never again. Anyway, I think I’ll just do my own thing, get back into runnning and dieting, I ‘ll slowly get back to my old self again. This site is great for info and motivation:)

Decided to reattack my body and to do a diet for me, rather than following diets for others, also to start off slowly and do some cardio to burn this fat. So slowly does it for me and short term goals with a day off,, over a period of six months I think should do it?????? Wish me luck!

not going to the gym, they are my excuses and I’m keeping to them, as I’ll only get wet then a cold and then I’ll have to go to the doctor and stay at home with a cold.
Well the real reason is,,,, that I’m just being lazy at the mo. Hopefully, get to go tomorrow, but will change gym next year as the one I’m in is too far away and no free parking. Coaching not going as I planned but still loosing weight, not getting up on a scales.
so nothing else, all the best to my fellow battlers of the fat:)

Not going to the gym today, booked a coach, she either forgets the coaching hours or forgotten to write a plan/diet for me,,,, so, still have my goals , will hit up the gym tomorrow in a better mood. I hate wasting my time, and I took the coach as I had a goal,,,,, anyway, tomorrow is another day:)

Haven’t been to the gym since Friday, since I’ve been with the coach, so I’m on a bit of guilty trip at the mo. Will be seeing coach tomorrow for an hour and I’ll do an hour extra of resistance training to burn a bit of this fat. Between work, family life and studies, its all go at the moment. Friends coming from Ireland next week for a girlie weekend so better hit up the gym beforehand as I don’t think I’ll see it then. Taken some progress photos, slowly seeing some differences especially in my clothes, which is great:)

Another evening at the gym, did an hour on the bike, thirty minutes on the stepper and a a little on the machines, but as the lads where hogging them, wasn’t going to hang around all evening. Enjoying it, just have to get the diet right, though, as I think I’m eating too much or maybe not correctly… a bit confusing that bit:)

In the gym again today, all going well, getting addicted, if I miss a day, I’m on withdrawals,,,is this normal…lol. Starting with the coach tomorrow, a bit stressed out how this is all going to work out and will I be able to keep up with it, as personally I put goal a bit high, but I am determined. She seems ok, the coach that is, so fingers crossed. Just looking forward to seeing results, will start this weekend taking photos, poor camera, and thanks by the way to all for your advice and support will put it all to use:) Will keep u posted.
