Hi… back again
Sunday, January 11th, 2009Just after having a lovely little baby boy,,,,,,Patrick:)
So, now after 3 months have decided to get the bod back in shape, I am 30 kilos overweight,,,,, yes, I know
a lot of work ahead of me. But anybody out there with any meal plans, I’m out running ,,,,, hopefully will
see some results, I’m giving myself six months of work to slowly loose it. Happy new year to all.
