train or not to train???? that is the question…
Haven’t been to the gym since Friday, since I’ve been with the coach, so I’m on a bit of guilty trip at the mo. Will be seeing coach tomorrow for an hour and I’ll do an hour extra of resistance training to burn a bit of this fat. Between work, family life and studies, its all go at the moment. Friends coming from Ireland next week for a girlie weekend so better hit up the gym beforehand as I don’t think I’ll see it then. Taken some progress photos, slowly seeing some differences especially in my clothes, which is great:)
