SLACKKKER!!
ive been awful.. havent worked out much since mid april its now august granted i didnt gain any bad weight but i lost muscle mass..Good thing is i quit smoking started on sunday and have been doing mass cardio since i quit.. i dont even currently go to a gym ive been using other people to take me as guest off and on.. sad really .. but starting here and now im getting back on track .. dry tuna it is.. no cigarettes and back to the same 6 time a day eating i even took my vitamins this morning ..i wont be doing any supplements just yet.. ill weight since im just doing cardio and conditioning training.. once my stamina is where i want it ill beg to train at the bull pen and box a little.. well its a start
