ive been awful.. havent worked out much since mid april its now august granted i didnt gain any bad weight but i lost muscle mass..Good thing is i quit smoking started on sunday and have been doing mass cardio since i quit.. i dont even currently go to a gym ive been using other people to take me as guest off and on.. sad really .. but starting here and now im getting back on track .. dry tuna it is.. no cigarettes and back to the same 6 time a day eating i even took my vitamins this morning ..i wont be doing any supplements just yet.. ill weight since im just doing cardio and conditioning training.. once my stamina is where i want it ill beg to train at the bull pen and box a little.. well its a start

im cutting carbs and pmsing dear world im sorry for what may happen this week i really can lock myself in doors.. i may have to join an all female gym for the week just for my gym buddies safety again i am sorry i should have chosen a better time but decided to just get it over with

so the day after christmas my grandma died.. so yesterday i got a tattoo in her honor.. well sucky thing is its on my hip and if i do squats it will hurt like a biatch.. so no legs for a few days it feels like a dam sunburn .. ill manage ill just do upperbody and calves then do the rest after a few days ugh

so i slipped up big time.. and im harder on myself than anyone could be .. yesterday i ate horribly.. i had been doing good seeing results and everything..i ate pizza.. and chips .. and all that sodium made me bloat.. its like im almost back at square one.. not quite at least it was a wakeup call one weak moment and bam! so ill punish myself tommorow with a long run and hit the gym for about 3 hours monday.. god! i was just too tired to pack my stuff and i was starving.. theres really no excuse im ashamed…

never made it to the gym went xmas shopping took my shake stuff with me and drank that not a big deal .. got cute clothes for the gym though.. like i really needed after work going from 6-9 hopefully i can drag a buddy along or ill do it myself.. side note never thought a meal consisting of a shake rice cakes and carrots would fill you up?

i finally consumed the amount of protein needed to fuel my body and oddly enough forcing myself to eat every three hours has made it so i have no cravings.. ive been starving my body so long my metabolism is slowed down i realized i was truley eating next to nothing and i was on starvation mode.. i know better than that! gosh i hope the gym is open tommorow here i go..
