Damn straight man. Don't let his attitude affect your decisions, you know what you are doing is right for you and your overall health. Keep up what your doing, I can see from what you said that your work ethic is strong. Something I wish my friends had.

What can you say really??? Like you already know... I had a problem with some "young'ens" and I pretty much put them in their place... but i go to a big gym that doesnt sound as personal as yours. Maybe talk to your manager friend about putting up some signage of the rules of the gym??? That might work?!?

We take Optimum Nutrition chocolate. Good for after workout. Not super sweet. Very mild. Mixes good and you can get pretty good prices on ****************** no shipping charges if you buy over $99 worth. I don't know about cooking with it but I have always added mine to a pancake mix.

Congrats on your transformation! Keep at it and you will realize your goals. As a suggestion, you might try lifting first and immediately after you can do your cardio. Use the HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) method. If you use the treadmill, jog for a minute (at your normal pace...i.e., 3.5) and then sprint for a minute (at 80-90%). Gradually, you can add incline during your sprinting. You can do it on the eliptical as well. It forces your body to burn stored fat when you do the cardio after lifting. Anyway, it is merely a suggestion!
Good luck with Krav...I tried it, but my knee made it almost impossible. I have to be careful of what I do since I am in the Army. God Bless you and best of luck in all you do!
