IM BACK
im back. Im feeling better than before. I have made some major changes in my life (mostly for the better). At one time i was 311 pounds (actually my scale was 3.5 pounds off so i was 314.5). now im in the low 200’s and feeling the best since high school. I was training last year with a freind and got my mile time down to 8 minutes. I stopped running so much and eventually became no steady cardio. I ran agian for the first time in probably 6 months or more and i kicked butt. 8 minute mile. im looking forward to a seven minute mile by the summer!
