Thursday, September 11th, 2008This week i have seen an explosive gain in strength. I went up 15 pounds on my sets on my bench. I finally did two sets of dips for my triceps without help. I Finally also hit the pull up that has evaded me for so long. My training partner is coming along as well. He has seen a dramatic increase in the amount of weight he can lift since we started training. We started a workout designed to add strength and mass. I am excited to see what the next few months bring with our training. In January he goes to the police academy so he should be ready to go by then.
Intensity is the name of the game. It is mentally draining to stay as intense as our workouts have been but the results are worth the price tenfold.
