February 22, 2007well after a long layoff im back into things. im looking to compete in the fall so i want to put on a little more size over the coming months until a show can be picked. then the dieting down begins. along the way, i hope to strip off the fat to see what i have underneath before the actual contest prep. team secretariat as we call ourselves(lol) is gettting back to good. i’ll add measurements for progress so all my friends can help keep it positive… hope to hear from you all soon
